how do you post pics on the forum

I ask this so I can post a pic of my modle and show how it is messing up I have tried everything and still the mapping corrodinates are messed up if you can help me please reply

When you are typeing a new message there is a little blub of text at the bottom and a HELP link that tells you how to enter images and a whole lot more.
