I need help with Milkshape

I am new to MilkShape and I don't know anything about it. I don't even know how to make Vertices or move the Joints to animate it! Please help!

I would recommend going into the Help file and going through the Tutorial that is in there. It shows you how to model a low-poly jet-fighter and is a great way to get your hands dirty with several common functions of the software.
If you go to the Milkshape website, there are links to tutorials by other members, as well.
From there, find things that you'd like to model and use what you've learned to create them.
Also, questions specific to Milkshape would probably be better, and more quickly, answered in their forums.
