- Also, I think there should be options for the host similar to say Super Smash Bros. that allows you to choose what power ups can appear in a level. Many people like to play without the negative powerups and it'd be cool for a hosts to turn off FF, CoG, and Teleport if they want.

- How about being able to apply spin to your Orb so you have a tiny bit of after shot control?- Also, I think there should be options for the host similar to say Super Smash Bros. that allows you to choose what power ups can appear in a level. They have indicated that there will be an option to turn off global powerups in a game. I'm not sure if they will have it so only positive powerups can be enabled though.

I hope so, although it didn't sound like it.

You can turn Global Powerups on or off in Orbz 3. It's a setting in the lobby that the host can control.

I assume it's far too late but, in the editor, it would be awful nice to try new terrain bitmaps without having to quit and restart orbz each time. (Hopefully this is already done. :) )

~ - ~~ - I WANT FORGIVE-ME PUPS - ~~ - ~~ -
A future maybe!!! ~ A PUP that can be used if you miss a star ~ so you don't lose your star count. Even for the very best players - it would allow for a whole nuther game plan to be used. And on some levels, if used at just the right place, it could produce astronimically fantastic scores. A good way to juice up some of the older levels and put a new spin on them. YEHAWWWWWWW!!!

One of the 6 new powerups in Orbz 3 is called Homer. When activated, your orb stops in mid-air and then makes a b-line for the nearest star. This is great if you miss a star because you can activate the pup and your orb will then backtrack to hit the star you missed!

FANTASTIC ~ sounds like a 'forgive-me' pup to me. Thanks for the info.

It would be nice if the chat in the lobby was similar to that of Lore. That is, when you run Orbz & you bring up the server listing, down below would be an IRC channel where you can talk to other players who haven't gone in-game yet (unless they are in-game & connected by IRC as well). Once in-game, it would be the same as the chat is now for O2.

It would be cool if the game we Mac users purchase would be easier to unlock.... this would be the first time I've ever had to go find some 'offline registration key' from a site and then try to figure out how to install it.Web sharing gets me nowhere when I try to do online, and the fact that you have all these "Plan B" ways to get registered suggest that it's an issue that needs to change.
Even my PDA downloads are self-unlocking when you type in the key. It can't be that hard to put into the program.
Of course, it's like nobody is home here, as well....No posts about this game since January 31 here, customer support forums are very quiet.
I've even tried a direct email to Justin,(how rude of me) but no reply.
Hello?

I'd like it if somebody would respond to my inquiries about my problem with registration as well.(I followed the Bug report rules) I bought the game because you suggest you offer customer support.

The ranking and non-ranking issue resolved with a scoring system built on fare play.
