Can't download

Ok,
I may have posted this somewhere else on the forums by mistake. Anyway, when I click on the link to download the full version of Think Tanks, is says that it can't load the page. I am running windows XP pro with AOL dial-up. I don't know why it won't load the FTP site...
Anybody run into this problem?
