Patches/snippits..which ones are in head?

Hi,
i am new to the torque i was so far just trying out everything and it's big fun! also i came across over various patches, some of them seem to be in the HEAD, others not. Is there a list or something where i could see which patches are already in the HEAD? because i saw some very nice features that i would like to implement? I browsed the forums but unfortunately i did not find a lsit so far that would clear things up for me.
