Changes to terrain doesnt save!

Hi, i tried to modify a bitmap generated terrain, and i save the mission.
When i load it, the terrain appears as original, with all dts and flags created. All changes i did to terrain desapeared!
I cheked files and dirs to avoid read only problems.
Whats going here?
