making a rpg mmo

Hello everyone i was looking for a way to make an rpg mmo for pc but i'm not sure how to start i was going to use this https://www.garagegames.com/products/rpg_engine_toolkit but for some resion i won't let my buy it is there any other easier ways to make a rpg and yes i'm using Torque 3D so if anyone know anything pleas help

    there was a product management and staff management mmorpg called chorewars if you've ever heard of it. I would find a way of manipulating gui and implementing html or javascript windows likw espn extreme games used to use back on the megadrive if you want realistic animation cheap then add comic style spec effects.
