Is this something that could be integrated into Torque3d?
If not is there anything like this available or in the pipeline?

I don't really know what this is, it looks like it is part of a game. Are those models freely useable in other projects?

There is still makehuman, which can generate you very good human models, but there is not much choice on clothing yet. http://www.makehuman.org/

People already hacked the game and duped on the korean and russian servery in black desert

I hope they fix that stuff before it is released on NA and EU
