What to charge client for T2D/T3D app?

Greets all:
This past week I used Torque to build a a media player app with which I demonstrated a live streaming schema for a long-time client of mine. The client liked it so much they inquired about having me build the app too (I was initially demonstrating hardware). My problem is I don't know what to charge for the making of the app...
