Torque Constructor 1.0.3 stopped working

Constructor has worked on my Windows 7 pc for several months. It worked earlier today too. Then it just stopped. It opens, then shuts down a second later. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling. It still crashes. This is the message I get when I did a troubleshoot check on my pc Output folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Torque\Constructor
Extract: Constructor.torsion... 100%
Can't write: C:\Program Files (x86)\Torque\Constructor\DeletePrefs.bat

After you uninstalled, did you make sure all the files were deleted?
Other than that, you could try the most recent patch
