game team

Hi. I'm looking for people to make a team with me. I am Noah and I have a BA in Digital Entertainment and Game Design. I have some game ideas and I wrote a game document. The game is about wheelchair races, you build a wheelchair with an engine later on the game. First you are in a hospital because you were in a car crash and you started racing in the hospital after you get a wheelchair. Races are move outside and around the town. There are four shops to upgrade the wheelchairs.

I'm Noah and I'm disable. I use a switch under my right foot. I model with Lightwave and Zbrush. I need help because I can't do everything and I know the game would sell. I would give whoever that help me a % after the game sell.
