Come on man - just scroll down a little... It's in bold text....
Here's the download link.
Non-trivial results require non-trivial effort. You're going to have to read instructions at some point. If you ever want to do something you're going to have to learn how to do that thing....
Making a game is A LOT of work. No lie. We'll answer questions, but you're going to have to do that work yourself. We won't do it for you. Do yourself a favor: take the time to read everything you can find on using Torque 3D. Then read through the scripts. Start small, make changes and see what happens, learn through experimentation.

Run the Project Manager.exe click New Project. Name the project in the box, leave on Full in the template box and click Create at the bottom. Your created .exe file will be in Torque3D/My Projects/YourName/game folder.

What exactly are you doing?
Did you download this: http://mit.garagegames.com/Torque3D-3-5-1.zip
Did you then extract that zip file to a folder to work in? For example C:Torque3D-3-5-1
Did you then run the Project Manager and create a project? Continuing our example, it would be C:Torque3D-3-5-1Torque3DProjectManager.exe (the .exe part might not be there depending on your Windows Explorer view settings).
Did you then click "New Project" in the Project Manager?
Did you then select the "Full" template and name your project, (I'm using "test" for mine to continue the example) and then click the Create button?
Did you then open the C:Torque3D-3-5-1Torque3DMy Projectstestgame folder and run test.exe?
To begin editing, did you then click the big "World Editor" button in the start menu?
Because that is exactly, step by step what you should have done (in fact, exactly what I did to ensure that it works). Please read the documentation thoroughly.

Start over from the beginning and FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.
I'm not even kidding - I wrote down what I was doing as I did it and it worked perfectly. This is not rocket science, it's not random, it's not even slightly difficult. I didn't just make that up off the top of my head - I followed the directions from the wiki, ensured that each step worked, then wrote it down again just for you.
Seriously, and again - you're going to have to learn to figure stuff out on your own. Otherwise we might as well write your game - and then what would we need you for?
Look around the forums - you'll see that I am usually happy to help people out, but you have got to follow directions or it's all for nothing. I don't mean to be a jerk (well, maybe a little) but really, you've got to take initiative.

Ok, so my question is - DID YOU FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY? If you did not, then you're just stuck where you are.Start over from the beginning and FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

Notes -
If you're planning one "giant" map you'll need to plan carefully. Due to floating point precision issues you will need to limit your size to about 12km on a side (12x12km), maybe a little less. When you get too far from the level origin things start to jitter and bounce around. If you intend your world to be larger than this you might want to consider "zoning" or streaming map data (that second option is far more complicated than the first).
Poke around the forums for as much information on characters, character importing, and character animations as you can find. This particular field of information will be vital for the underground fighting portion.
Don't worry about all of that, take the good and bad for what it's worth.
