Flickering textures

Hallo there!

I got a strange problem with my textures on static objects. Soon as i get far away of my models the textures starting to flicker a lot.

My Detail textures using a dxt5 format with a resolution of 1024x1024 pixels.

Does anybody have some tips for me to get some good results on my staticmeshes?

was a problem with my textures mipmaps.

thanks for your offer to help!

but looks like i cant get the right mipmapsetting for some road texture.
my road is still flickering in the distance, no matter what changes i do on the mipmap settings...

any idea, or hints how to get a good looking road texture?

Where you have mipmap settings? I just used the default settings and never had problems with it.
If you want a good road texture, I already made some, you can test them:
This pack has two decal roads in it and also some poles for decoration.

And this pack has some asphalt textures setup to be used as terrain textures for Torque, but as regular textures they work also.
