C++ coder looking for a project [project found]

by Timmy01 · in Jobs · 08/02/2014 (6:03 am) · 11 replies

Hi guys, i am a simple indie dev looking to join a project or create a new one. I'm over projects that never get complete. I just want to get one game released, i don't care if it is crap and doesn't make a cent but i would like to give it a good crack.

I am also over just producing code for T3D but never using it, i created the physx 3 plugin here www.garagegames.com/community/forums/viewthread/135448 and have added a few other extras too like 3Dc support github.com/rextimmy/Torque3D/tree/bc5_support. I also have code that i haven't completed yet but supports physx 3 based vehicles and also apex 1.3

Reply here or email me (details in profile). Happy to agree to NDA's or whatever if that kind of thing bothers you before giving out project details.

Join my project! github.com/practicing01/Dots_Net_Crits

2D multiplayer boardgame. It only has a few hurdles to overcome before eligibilty for playable release.

I really need to team up with a coder to work towards a release, so I'll sit down tonight and make that blog update I planned. Perhaps you'll find it interesting...

In the meantime here's some (outdated) info:

*swoons* can't wait to see the new blog, and to see Timmy and Nils working together!

Just as a general piece of advice, do game jams. Small, focused, get you focused on pushing something out. I'm going to do 7DFPS this year if I can, but there are plenty of others.

Thanks guys :-) . Had plenty of email offers so hopefully i didn't offend anyone not joining up. Looking forward to working with Nils, his art work speaks for itself.

I'm also going to be doing a small bit of side work for J0linar on a project he is working on. That should be fun too.
