Animation/Model Fixes [PAID]

I'm looking for someone who knows Torque and 3D Studio Max who can do some odd jobs for me. Animation corrections, fixes on models, etc. All will be paid of course.
I'd prefer someone who's familiar with animations and models in Torque, not just someone who's good at animating in general.
An example of one of the issues I need corrected is on a model I bought from TurboSquid. It was made for use in Torque but the bounding box doesn't seem to work right (sometimes I can get stuck inside the model) and the orientation is wrong (eye node maybe?) so when I use lookAt he faces the opposite of the direction I tell him to.
Just odd jobs like that.

Problem is that everything I have is in 3Ds max or dae. Is there a way to get a model from 3ds max to blender and preserve the animations? Because in my experience, there isn't.

I am experienced in flash, photoshop, maya & max. I have just finished two 2d game’s animation & all Graphics. Currently working as 2D artist for four 2D games & 3D artist for two 3D games.
