L3DT Professional Cant Activate

Hey there,
i just bought L3DT Pro, when i enter the serial code after starting the exe it says "cannot connect to garage game server, please contact support" and the window is closing again...now im sitting here with my key and my new product and i cant use it;-( Also i couldnt find a forum for L3DT, thats why i post this here.

Im sure its great software, need it for Visitor 4 (Arma 3), but its really annoying that known issues get not solved here and you buy something you cant use=)!

Ok, after installing it again after some months the offline keys dont work anymore. I wrote the support allready, -no answer. i never got an online activation key, only the temporary. this is not the best service;-(

You could try contacting the developer - http://www.bundysoft.com/L3DT/ - he lists an email address where you can contact him directly....

thanks, did that. no answer yet. im just annoyed because this is the secound time i cant use my software i paid for.

Sorry for the delay in someone responding to your support email. I assure you it was received and our support team is looking into a solution for your issue. I understand its frustrating, but please be patient. This is currently an extremely busy time for us and support requests can take up to 24 hours for us to respond to. That said I will make sure you get an update on your issue tomorrow morning if you haven't already.

Still nothing yet...
would be nice if at least again an temporary offline code so i can work...

I can understand that there is delay in support emails and you cant answer in few hours allways. But this is the secound time i cant work with my software because of an invalid key, thats why im annoyed. after i got my temporary key i never got a new one. yea, really hoping for a message with a new key today, not only an update of the problem. thanks for your inputStill nothing yet...
