Character Artist Needed(Paid)

I'm actually looking to commission a tutorial, let me explain: the documentation for exporting characters is bad bordering on non-existent. So, after several weeks of banging my head against the wall in futility, I am looking to pay someone to write me a tutorial/guide on the subject. I assume if you actually know how to do this then it shouldn't take too long. I know there is no shortage of rigging/skinning guides out there(and I am plenty skilled at doing that), so what I need is a guide that goes from having a rigged character all through whatever is involved in getting that character ready to put into torque.
More specifically, I am using the 3D Action Adventure Kit, and I would sincerely like a guide for 3D Studio MAX(version 2009 preferable, but any version will work). The guide should let me create a character that uses the standard built-in animations(the kit uses the old style .DTS pipeline) and also cover how to add my own animations.
I'm offering $100USD for the creation of this guide. If you think that is unfair, we can negotiate. I have a fully working(set up) copy of 3DAAK you can work in to test everything out. I even already have a character mesh ready to go.
