Torque2D MIT

Hello,
I downloaded the binary file for Torque2D MIT (Torque2D-2.0.zip) expecting to have a game design program, much like Torque2D 1.8., Yet when I extract the archive and run the file Torque2D.exe from inside the ../root/Torque2D-2.0 folder all I get is a little monster truck demo game...
What exactly is going on here? Am I missing something? Is there some other file that I need to run in order to use the game engine / editor?
Any help would be great.

The included demo is a Sandbox, demonstrating all aspects of the engine via its module system.
Torque Game Builder 1.8 is still available for purchase and comes with full editors but is unsupported.
T2D MIT 3.0 is coming soon and a framework for editors will soon make its debut in the engine; stay tuned!
