Usage of models from GarageGames store outside of Torque engine

Hello everyone!
In GarageGames store I found models pack (zombie art pack) that I want to buy and use outside of Torque engine (in another game engine). Can I use it? Or it is violation of EULA? Is there any restrictions?

The EULA for the zombie art pack is indeed confusing as it was clearly written for software licenses bought from GarageGames and not artwork.

I don't believe GarageGames would restrict their art packs to be used only in Torque engines. Hopefully a GarageGames employee would reply here to clear up this EULA mess.

The EULA is our unified EULA for the engines. There's a clause in there somewhere about art packs, but I don't remember what section it is. Our art packs are not tied to the engine, they can be used in any engine.
