I've been looking like crazy over the internet to find Physx 2.8.4.6
I can not find it in the Nvidia support center anywhere. All I can find is the 3.2.4 and 3.3.0 and that does not seem to work with Torque 3D. Can someone point me to where I can find it? Thanks.

I just wanted to say that the physX 3.3 sdk that is being supported over there in that post that Richard pointed out is working amazingly. Highly recommend you merge that instead of going with the older sdk.

I don't even think they put the SDK for that version up on their site anymore. I searched everywhere for it and I couldn't find it. What I did find though is the name of the file "PhysX_2.8.4.6_for_PC_Core.msi" so I googled that and found a mirror for it:blood-knight.co.uk/downloads/PhysX_2.8.4.6_for_PC_Core.msi

Still need to apply for access to use it commercially tho.

You're going to have to apply for access, wait for them to respond, then look through the constantly-rearranged developers' portal for the old SDK.
Or track this post and merge their changes into your branch.
