Setting Weapon Damage Troque 3D Pro 1.1

Once again I have run into more trouble with torque 3d.
I'm trying to set the bullet damage for a weapon and I cannot find the line to set that value.
Can somebody provide an example showing which line in which script is the damage set to?
In all of my weapons the script is similar to the lurker.cs and ryder.cs weapons datablocks.
Also If anybody can help, I have implemented a new gun deriving from the standard Ryder, Only problem is I want to set tow different textures for third person and first person without it affecting the original Ryder.
I call the new gun Goldryder and leave the standard gun alone. the only problem is that toque thinks that my new Goldryder is still a Ryder and gives it the Ryder textures and materials, which I don't want it to do.
Any workarounds for these problems?
