T3D 3.0 -> 3.5 annoyances

Cleanup is all well and good, but why all of the renaming of things? I was getting enough questions and confusion over the RTS Prototype as it was, but now there are several points that are even more confusing or just plain broken if you try to follow it using 3.5. Could someone have warned me at least?

Having gone through the trials of documenting T3D while it evolves, I know this pain. The only way for docs to keep up or stay ahead, is to formulate a plan ahead of time and try to get the programmers on board. I'm not entirely sure how this would work in a public setting, but it's definitely a new kind of challenge.

Yeah, I guess I'll just focus on the fun ones - no one really asks about many of the other articles anyway....
