T3D GMK Integration - Odd Physics Bug

So I have been working on porting GMK to T3D for the past couple of days (my current progress can be found here.) A an odd bug has shown up recently with softbodies, namely that they they have a 50/50 chance of actually working each time you start the level. If someone could help me find where the error is, or at least if its in the engine code or in an outdated script somewhere, it would be appreciated.

To add on to this - Single instances of the objects work perfectly. more then 1-2 in a scene is where the problem begins.
