T2D GUI Editor module (mostly) working

In case anyone who is interested missed it, I have a branch in my git repository that has a functional pass at restoring the GUI editor for T2D. There are bugs, but they're mostly cosmetic. A few issues with opening/re-opening GUIs, etc - so work on one GUI at a time and exit between GUIs is a safe enough way to work until I (or someone else) fixes the default paths and such in the scripts (I'm pretty sure the issue is due to old default paths).

I was planning to knock more of the dust off but never got around to it. If you guys could take a quick pass at it, maybe get more of the crud off - this will go a long way toward helping the new users.

It's the same on Windows - somehow the sliced images got mixed up somewhere....
