In eight "easy" steps:
1) Invent time machine.
2) Use future knowledge to invest in stocks.
3) With your new money buy a PS2 dev kit and a (recommended) Renderware license.
4) Port Torque GFX to Renderware backend (or hire someone to do it for you!)
5) Port the rest of the platform libraries.
6) Wonder why it was worth the effort?
7) Kill grandfather.
8) Report back how that worked out for you if you can, we're curious.

Perhaps try starting with the linux port. Or am I way off in my understanding that PS2 uses a posix OS?

Unless if you have a PS2 devkit, it's going to be extremely hard, if not impossible to do the job.

I read that thinking, and hoping, that the OP meant "Pixel Shader 2" and not "Playstation 2", that would be a much more reasonable request!
