Cannot find GUI editor in Torque3D

I am new to torque3d and need to put some bottoms in the word editor. As far as I concerned, this can be done through GUI editor in Torque 3d. However, having installed torqued 3d from GarageGames I could not find any place in world editor or anywhere regarding GUI editing. Could someone let me know how I can have access to GUI editor in torque 3d v3.0? If this module is only activated in Torque 3d professional, could you please inform me how can I buy torque 3d professional as I could not find any link for buying it in the internet.
