Our Project: Spire: The Chronicles Of Ackrad (A PTD)

We are looking for a few well rounded game development lovin people that would like to join us on our next project. This project is unique, its own genre, and is currently underway.
We are looking for:
1x Lead Advanced Artist: Capable of working alone on geometry projects dealing with, character development, level geometry and texturing. Animation is a plus. Will assist current Art Director.
2 x Geometry Artist Lead or Artist. Will assist Lead and Current Creative Director.
2x FX Engineer: Scripting, Creation of particles. currently working with advanced system for this engine. Plus is sound engineering and FX.
2x Sound designer/Engineer: Will work with our Composer and the VP Engineering (Code).
2x Code Engineering: Scripting, AI, FX core engine development. Will be working with VP Engineering.
2X PR marketing, works with CEO Creative Art Director. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop, Web Tools CMS web sites, Facebook, Twitter and understand business company image processes.
We use standard communication applications. SVN, Merg, Trac, we communicate via Google Hangout, Skype.
Compensation:
Percentage Rate or Royalty per units sold game development opportunity. No funds will be paid to any employee until the game is sold.
This is part time that could spring into a full time game development opportunity. We are currently a veteran team working on this new conceptual game. The game you will be working on is unique. We offer a percentage unit sold rate or possible full time position after the first title is sold.
