No Ignition Key?!

I just joined and downloaded Constructor 1.0.3 but it says I need a Ignition Key that was not sent to me by email and I can't find it anywhere. I tried downloading Constructor 1.0.6 but the files downloaded incompletely and they won't open. What do I do? Please help!
