Player terrain conforming problem

I came across this resource a little bit earlier today

It is almost exactly what I am looking for, but I have no clue how to stop the camera from rotating with the player or how to limit how far the player can tilt. I am not familiar with C++, so the only answers I have found in the forums were to complex for me to figure out. If anyone could help me change the code, or at least point me in a direction where I can learn how to change it myself, it would be appreciated.
