User getting "Failed to set a light manager" and other issues

Hi All
I had a user try one of my demo's for the rift and I came across an error I haven't found before and didn't find much information on the forums.
I made sure he had DX9 installed and he still gets the error.
What is interesting is if he unplugs the rift he can play the game but sound doesn't work at all.
Does anyone have a fix for this as everyone else can play the demo without issues.

Do you think it could be the dual GPU issue?

Yeah, sounds similar to the dual lap top gpu issues that are pretty common with intel chip sets. That might be a place to start.Just a thought.

Can this user run non-Rift Torque apps?
