Looks great as always, Vlad! I'll suggest (like in the other thread) that when you UV map your models, consider placing the lights areas as their own polys/UVs. That way I can go into Blender and create a new material for the lights and then have Torque do its glowy thing on only those panels.

Also, you could always create your tall buildings in 3 stages. A base, a middle and a top. If I want a taller building I just through in more middle sections and shorter buildings would need less. Oh, and if you had a few of these, I could mix and match to end up with 100+ variations. Something to think about, at least.
