Torque 3D for Linux?

I've seen many different efforts to port T3D to Linux in the forums, but none of them seemed to succeed. Is there any active development on this? Maybe we can organize ourselves to support that project, donate, etc.

The project dB linked is already available online and can run on Linux in basic lightning mode (advanced as well afaik but with a series of bugs, only basic lightning is stable).

It would be nice to setup a proper GitHub group with interested developers. From that, we can start a IndieGogo campaign or something similar, so all interested T3D fans could donate to the port. The official Torque 3D Linux kickstarter raised a lot of money.
