This is probably a stupid question, as a matter of fact i know it is but if u don't know for sure its best to ask, Just curious about the animations that come with torque 3D, is it ok to use them in a commercial title?
I have used them in an fps game I've created, with some simple tweaks to make them work better with the game, just curious if it is ok to sell a commercial game containing these animations?

No this was done with 1.2, when i bought torque 3d it wasn't MIT

This might sound weird. But you could always redownload the animations from the mit repo and use it in your 1.2 codebase, that'd be alright.

The FAQ adresses everything you need - and the EULA specifically states (Section 1.10) that you have rights to all assets included with the "software" that apply to the engine itself. Section 2.0 explains what all of that means, but the boiled down version is that you can use the assets in your game commercially but cannot distribute them in a separate asset pack (except perhaps for exclusive use with your game as an optional asset collection) to be sold separately.
