    The Toolbox has been removed - the tutorial needs to be updated. This has been replaced with the Project Manager, you can find it at https://github.com/GarageGames/Torque3D-ProjectManager

    Basic instructions for that are in Lesson 8 of the FPS Tutorial.

    If you mean "Create an installable setup package" then you will have to find one you like and follow the instructions for it - for instance, InstallShield is different from using a Visual Studio Setup project. You can always just zip it up and call it a day - there are no special path or registry "hooks" to worry about, just unpack it and run it from where it stands.
