Looking for the jump pad in chinatown

I am trying to find the jump pad in chinatown. In the FPS tutorial, it says there is a jump pad. http://www.garagegames.com/products/torque-3d/fps#/2-worldeditor/5
The text is this: An additional risk vs reward system is set up because there's a jump pad in the courtyard that will teleport a player to an excellent sniper position on the top of a roof.
However I can not find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the direction or take a screenie of it. Thanks.
