Water Issues

Okay, maybe I've been away from Torque too long, but my old comp took a dive and I'm in the process of building a new one. So I did a fresh install yesterday of T3D and 3DS Max and decided to give it another go just for fun. I installed the "1.2 Bugfix Patch for 1.1" and made my project. Did some artwork and created some custom fancy gui's for an opening. So when I went in to the world editor finally, all I went to do was make a backdrop with a few static objects and some water. Only the river tool doesn't seem to be working. it comes up with the bounds and allows you to swim in it (not that that matters). But I am doing this for pure eye candy, and the problem is the top of the water doesn't show. I remember having this problem before, but I think I found it out last time and can't remember what I did. I tried browsing the forums and web, but everything that's given me ideas hasn't worked. (Closing and reopening, recompiling, etc.) So I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a read or give a tip.

Hmmm, yeah seems kinda odd. I've been at it for the past few hours and I still haven't found a solution. In fact, I've actually just found another problem where an old function I did in my previous projects that worked doesn't seem to work now in any project I make. All I've done is tried to call a mission to load after the splash screens and it wont even do that. It loads the splash and plays it, but has no effect once it fades out.

Look in the documentation under Scripting > Advanced > Mission Triggers. It's a timing thing....
