DTS Exporter for blender

I was trying to create add-ons for a Game called Blockland a wile ago
but I kinda gave up cause a couldn't find a DTS exporter or the torque website

now that I have can any one give me a link to a DTS Exporter?

You can only use it with the blender 2.46-49a/b

It is a little rusty here and there.
