Client connect prob

Hi I just had someone try to connect to my server, and when they did they got and error. I will att a jpg file to this msg with the error. I started the server with this command.

mygame.exe -dedicated -mission "levels/Empty Terrain.mis"

any thoughts ? on how to fix this?
