I need help.

Hey, this applies to both Torque 3D and Torque 2D. Is there a tutorial to get me started? I already downloaded the binaries in the zip files, but the project manager doesn't open projects for editing, and I would like to know how to use the world and script editors. I can't find a tutorial for that but I would appreciate having one. Also, I have windows and not a Mac, and I don't know how very well about visual studios to compile the engine, because I don't think there's really a tutorial going over that.

If you are working on OSX, you will need to obtain Xcode version 4.5.3 or higher, which you can obtain from developer.apple.com/technologies/tools/.
You should find the solution in Torque2D/engine/compilers/Xcode.
When you're ready to start making your game, check out our Getting Started guide!

Regarding to Torque 3D, MIT:
Unfortunately, the MIT Torque 3D 3.0 or 2.0 is released without any demo project such as China Town, Desert Ball, Mars, Burg just to name a few that have been shipped with the closed source version of the T3D.
Unlike its predecessor, you will have to build a new project from scratch using the Project Manager. Below is a link of a short video that might help you on how to create a brand-new project in Torque 3D MIT.
