Hi thanks for reading, Just stumbled across this engine today and it seems exactly what im looking for for an indie build, just a couple of questions i need to know,
1. How do i go by purchasing a license ?
2. How much is the Commercial License going to cost ?
3. When i eventually do complete what im working on , what is the process providing i have a license.
4. Can i publish/sell the game for profit without purchasing a License just using the The MIT License (MIT) version of Torque 3D, as far as i can see it's completely legal to release and sell a game for profit with this version
The MIT License (MIT)

copies of the Software".
Am i correct in assuming that publishing and selling this game free of charge for profit is completely %100 legal with no comebacks? i could be wrong that's why im wandering and would be grateful for any comments , thanks for reading and really appreciate any comments or feedback i get , cheers!.

There is no 'professional' license anymore. Torque 3D and Torque 2D are both licensed as Open Source under the MIT license. Check out the 3rd Release (v.3.0) Blog here and you can see that the engine has continued to grow and expand and it will continue to do so. You can also find the latest links to the engine on that page.

You are correct, being under MIT means you can develop any game you like, sell the game and no one will charge you a cent for the use of the engine. Once you complete your game, you can give it away, sell it for a gazillion bucks or do whatever you want with it. No strings attached.
Hope that clears it up and welcome to the community.
