What was discussed
- We now have a Spine branch which everyone can check out and play with! Still many improvements to be made but for those interested in this animation system, fun times are right at your fingertips.
- Usability of a dedicated Google+ T2D community to facilitate community communication and sharing.
- Gui System documentation is sorely needed as discussed here
- CollisionShapes Index vs. hashtables. As seen in Pull request 74
- The Input Guide has been updated to explain Windows Gamepad support.
What we will be working on next week
- CompositeSprite Guide
- Final run on current pull requests
- LeapMotion Demo
- Testing new callback system
- Sandbox demo refactoring
- And much more!

I'm the one responsible for lack of updates! Expect a new entry this weekend, after our next meeting.
Here's a brief rundown of why there haven't been as many updates
- The Committee is hard at work on 3.0, meaning that most tasks take up much more than our weekly committee time. In my case, I'm finishing up a Tiled Map Importer, fully integrated with the assets system.
- We've recently moved the committee meetings from weekly to bi-monthly in order to be more efficient and coherent with how things are progressing.
- Most of the information discussed in the recent meetings has either been posted in the T2D 3.0 announcement blog or will be posted in an upcoming blog by Michael Perry. Stuff we can't really talk about before the blog.

Simon has really been towing the line lately, which everyone should appreciate. We are also looking into giving steering committee members the ability to post blogs to the front page, which would allow people like Simon, Charlie, and Mike to not rely on Dave or I to post important updates.

Yeah, committee work has gotten a little tough with some recent changes to our work schedules. I'm temporarily off of Torque 2D, meaning the most I can spare is an hour each week for the committee meetings. Charlie got a new job (HUZZAH!), which has changed his hours a bit. Simon has really been towing the line lately, which everyone should appreciate. We are also looking into giving steering committee members the ability to post blogs to the front page, which would allow people like Simon, Charlie, and Mike to not rely on Dave or I to post important updates.
