Mich started by letting us know that GG is very busy right now, as in all hands on deck. We will look to developers in the community to help keep T2D evolving at the same rate if possible.
We talked about William's (whilke) Tiled support. Sweet!
We discussed Spine work and how it will be up to us from here on out (instead of up to the creator).
We would also like to start a project on Physics Editor to have several editors working with T2D.
We will hone an official 3.0 launch plan. What milestones are necessary before it is complete?
Finally, we want to start getting all the successful experimental branches (Leap, Spine, Docs, ...) into development branch.
The plan is to move all the bug fixes into dev, then the Docs work, then continue from there. We will post a thread on the Doc integration as these notes don't seem to be very popular as a source of info. :)

As for the 3.0 plan, aka what is being worked on or needs to be, we have a list but its seemed worth it to wait a week or so for various bits of potential good news. :) So a 3.0 milestone post should be out soon. As well as ways to track community progress.

Thanks @Mike, I got the name wrong on the Tiled support. So thanks for catching that and I fixed it! Is there another branch of Tiled support out there? I was only familiar with William's work.
As for a 3.0 launch plan, we really need a summary of what is being currently worked on by the committee and community (I have a rough idea but we need it written up like the T3D group does). Then put together an action plan to fix whatever roadblocks are preventing stuff like Spine support from being added to the dev branch. Hopefully if people see a list of small, manageable tasks that need to be worked on, we can get most of them resolved.
