Can someone point me to the docs to create a web application?

the new ProjectManager.exe file has a checkbox for web but does not produce any ability to run in a browser or package it for web deployment. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Point me to the correct doc files? The website here only shows the 1.2 toolbox
