Game developers needed in a few months

Hey guys, I will be in need of a few game developers, possibly 2 or 3 in a few months to help me set up a game. This will of course be for money, as it won't be fair to get people to work for nothing short of pay. We will discuss and negotiate the payment once we have talked about my project and hopefully settle a deal that will be a win win for the both of us. I am really serious about this, and I would like for those of you that are interested to leave me your names and emails possibly so, as soon as I am ready to start the project, I can ask you guys for your assistance.
