It would be nice to extend the material editor to allow setting of filter modes on a per-material basis. My change is heavy-handed in that it disables texture filtering for most materials (the terrain and lighting systems still use Linear/Aniso filtering).
There are also several filter modes beyond None/Linear/Aniso that exist in the engine but aren't being used. I haven't looked at them in enough detail to see what they do but who knows, they could be useful to someone.

If I'm not mistaken, can't you set the filter controls with a custom material, instead of having to make changes to the engine?

I took advantage of your advices and changed the designation parts in the engine. Now it looks wonderful when affects items that I transfer. For it thank you very much. BUT! Sky-box (this only applies to Cube Maps, materials) basic-clouds, terrain, and many other objects, as before, there is no clarity of pixels. I really need help urgently fix it.PS Thanks in advance to everyone for your help.
