How do you Install Torque 3D 3.0?

I downloaded the zip file and inside the Torque 3D folder, I clicked on project manager.
The Project Manager opened and the project was created, what do I do know? Do I install it or...

sorry, I am a complete noob at this thing.

You should find your game in My Projects to start working on :D

My Projects name is TEST.

So I clicked on My Projects
Then the TEST Folder.

Should I click on the game folder?

yeah you should have an exe in there that will load it up

well guys I think I got files missing.here half of em r blank.and im stack. after I have created a new project dan I gey dis blank page dat doesn't wana open
