The idea is to have four classes and jetpacks, pve and pvp content something similar to global agenda, i use blender A LOT but have absolutely no programming experience , i could only cover the costs of the server to keep the game online and i would like to make the game free to play, at least for the beginning. So i need programmers, any one interested?

You should have clearer plans of what you want, because such a project will cause a lot of work. I don't like the "free to play" concept much, because it often turns out to "pay to win".

What you mean is freeware, freeware is when something is totally free, "free to play" is not free.
"free to play" means: "you can play it for free, but we will annoy or sabotage you in the game as long as you do not pay"

There may be good "free to play" games, but most are not, because they have hidden cost, since the creators have to get their income from somewhere. What you mean is freeware, freeware is when something is totally free, "free to play" is not free.

with no budget plan, if everyone start to think like that then most probably none of them will succeed.
why not start working with other "open source"+" free to play" projects.
