Localization font issues

Using Torque2D Pro 1.7.4 on PC, EN, FR, GER, SP, IT localizations where successful.
However swedish and portugese localizations have a problem with a single character that is rendered smaller than the rest. In swedish it's the �� character. Checked the language file and all characters are uppercase.
The �� is rendered uppercase as well, but smaller, like the is not enough height available and the character is rendered smaller.
Also checked the font using a font editor, but that character is normal height like it should be.
PC, EN, FR, GER, SP, IT didn't have problems.
Any thoughts?
