Hiring a scripter/programmer for an online tactical FPS

We're seeking a scripter/programmer who can help make an idea a reality, if you're interested in applying for the position consider the following features that will be in the end result:

-Fully functional XP and Shop systems to buy guns
-A pregame lobby where you can select weapon loadouts
-In-game purchases (both expendable and unexpendable)
-Several gamemodes including Free-for-all, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and Search and Destroy
