Query Master Server

While doing test on two different computers at different locations. When doing a Master Server Query on both computers where the Master Server was $pref::Master[0] = "2:master.garagegames.com:28002";.
I had chance to notice that on one computer the query returned 9 different servers for games. While on the other computer the query returned one server game, which was the one I was hosting by console.
Any ideas as to why one computer is not picking up the query functions to the other garagegames.com Master Server 8 server games?
